1.LOCATION:
We are at UNJHA, the biggest market for the spices we are dealing especially
Cumin seeds and Fennel seeds. We directly purchase the goods from the farmers
through auction and hence no one can find attractive prices for the goods
anywhere else.
2. GRADING FACTORY:
We had set up our own factory where all mechanical operations are carried
out fetching quality of international standards.
3. QUALITY MAINTAINANCE:
In order to maintain the quality of spices, the task starts right from
purchasing of goods itself. We don't have a single manager for purchasing
all the spices. We have trained professionals having more than 10 years
experience for purchasing the goods. Each one is allotted one product
and he keeps track on his product right from purchasing till packing.
4. MARKET REPORT:
We are sending periodic market reports to all our customers so that they
can
analyze the market fluctuations and can place their orders accordingly.
5. FEED BACK:
After the goods reached the customers end, we ask them to send us a feed
back immediately about the goods quality and other problems if any.
6. GOODS STATUS:
As soon as we receive the order form we keep informing our customers the
status of goods both pre and post shipment.
7. COMMITMENT:
Once we quoted our price then there will not be any change whether the
market rises or falls. We are capable of supplying our customers all the
spices at any time and of any quantity.
